- Furniture Spray Booth This project involved a custom-designed spray booth built specifically for furniture and woodworking applications. The system was engineered with full consideration of furniture-coating techniques, the client’s plant layout and their monthly production volume.

- Downdraft Paint Booth with Rear Air Units This project features a downdraft paint booth equipped with rear air units, supplied to a customer in Thailand. Downdraft booths are widely preferred as the standard for automotive refinishing and are equally valued in industrial environments.

- Tanker Spray Booth Air intake and exhaust units use belt-drive centrifugal fans, each delivering 40,000 m³/h of air volume. This configuration is recognized for high airflow output with relatively low noise levels.

- Truck Spray Booth This truck spray booth was engineered for a Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer to support painting and baking for every truck model in their range. Based on specific project requirements, the design incorporates several custom adjustments derived from our standard YS-TB15 truck and bus spray booth.

- Pickup Truck Painting Line This advanced pickup truck painting line from Yokistar was installed in Ethiopia for finishing Foton pickup models. The system handles trucks of different sizes with ease, helping the production line work more quickly and efficiently.

- Open Face Cross Draft Paint Booth Yokistar produced and supplied an open-face cross-draft paint booth with a dry filter system for Disney in Shanghai. These three open-front booths create a clean and safe environment for painting children’s toys and play equipment used in Disney Land.

- Painting Line for Motorcycle Aluminum Rim In 2016, a client in the Philippines partnered with YOKISTAR to update their painting line for motorcycle aluminium spare parts. The client’s old painting system was struggling with capacity and severe quality control issues.
