In 2016, a client in the Philippines partnered with YOKISTAR to update their painting line for motorcycle aluminium spare parts. The client’s old painting system was struggling with capacity and severe quality control issues. The old environment was prone to contamination, leading to a 20% rejection rate due to dirt.

Our Solution

• The project features a water baking oven, a paint baking oven, two paint booths, a paint mixing room, an empty room (designed for waiting after coating), an automatic conveyor system.
• YOKISTAR dispatched two experienced engineers to the Philippines to help and instruct the entire installation and commissioning process.
• The work capacity and dimension parameters of the painting system were precisely tailored to the client’s demands and installation space.
• The painting line has maintained stable operation since its first run in 2016, helping the client successfully increase productivity while ensuring high quality finishing for motorcycle aluminum parts.
