Our Solution

• The spray booth offers an internal working size of 14,000 × 6,000 × 5,000 mm (L × W × H) and an overall size of 14,140 × 8,090 × 5,600 mm (L × W × H).
• The cabin is built with 70 mm ROCKWOOL insulated wall panels and a 0.6 mm color-steel outer shell, providing a solid and durable structure.
• A lighting system consisting of 18 ceiling fixtures and 18 sidelights, each fitted with 4 × 36 W lamps, delivers illumination above 800 LUX, supporting accurate coating work.
• Air intake and exhaust units use belt-drive centrifugal fans, each delivering 40,000 m³/h of air volume. This configuration is recognized for high airflow output with relatively low noise levels.
