Yokistar produced and supplied an open-face cross-draft paint booth with a dry filter system for Disney in Shanghai. These three open-front booths create a clean and safe environment for painting children’s toys and play equipment used in Disney Land.

The booth includes a painting room, filtration system, a painting platform with a rotary table, a hanging tube, an explosion-proof tube-axial exhaust fan and explosion-proof lighting fixtures. The cabin is built from single-skin 18-gauge galvanized steel for durability and long-term stability. The painting platform with a rotary table provides a convenient workspace, allowing the operator to rotate the piece a full 360° during coating. Items can also be hung on the overhead tube for easier access and more efficient spraying. The internal size of the open-front booth is 1450 × 1900 × 2200 mm (D × W × H), and the external size is 2000 × 2000 × 2650 mm (D × W × H).
