    Large equipment paint booths are used to coat heavy machinery and oversized industrial parts, such as construction, mining and agricultural equipment or large steel structures. The paint booths provide enough height and space for operators to move safely around construction equipment, mining machines or other oversized industrial parts. Airflow, whether downdraft, side draft or semi downdraft, moves the overspray away from the equipment so the surface stays cleaner and easier to coat. Bright lighting helps operators see corners, joints and taller sections with more clarity, which is important when working on large metal parts. Keeping the temperature and humidity steady also helps the coating dry the way it should, without changes in texture or gloss. Heavy machinery is normally moved into the booth with rails or transfer carts, which lets operators move big units into position safely and without lifting.

    Ventilation

    The ventilation system uses high-efficiency filters that can handle heat, dust, and paint mist. Their large surface area and layered structure allow air to flow easily while capturing small particles.     Lighting

    PHILIPS tri-phosphor tubes fitted behind tempered safety glass illuminate the plenum and sidewalls brightly and evenly. This configuration provides operators with great view throughout the booth, and external access can be added to make maintenance easy. The lighting boxes are built of powder-coated color steel and employ electric ballasts to provide consistent illumination.

    Wall Panels

    The wall panels use a double-skinned structure with a tongue-and-groove interlock. The insulation can be EPS, PU or rock wool depending on the needs of the project, and both sides are lined with color-coated steel sheets. This design improves strength, insulation and overall durability.

    Filtration System

    The filtration system uses high-efficiency filters to capture dust and overspray while allowing air to flow freely. They have a longer service life, so replacements are less frequent, and the booth costs less to maintain.
