This project features a downdraft paint booth equipped with rear air units, supplied to a customer in Thailand. Downdraft booths are widely preferred as the standard for automotive refinishing and are equally valued in industrial environments. Their airflow pattern helps reduce contamination, limits overspray and creates a cleaner, safer working area.
Our Solution
- A combined two-paint booth with pit extraction provides better downdraft ventilation and consistent airflow management.
- The twin-booth configuration supports higher output and delivers clear productivity benefits for the customer.
- Each booth is equipped with ten ceiling lights and ten sidelights. This provides bright, uniform illumination for easier coating work.
- A 450 mm plenum is included to maintain stable downdraft airflow throughout both spraying and baking stages.
- Positive pressure generated by the 7.5 kW turbofan in both the intake and exhaust systems helps remove overspray and exhaust air quickly and effectively.
