A wide range of industrial curing ovens is available for drying liquid coatings and curing powder-coated surfaces with consistent, reliable performance. The ovens can be configured according to the heating source, including electric heating elements, gas-fired systems, diesel-fired heating or infrared modules. Custom solutions for large-scale production are also available, such as batch-type ovens, tunnel-type ovens and continuous curing systems.

An integrated filtration system helps minimize airborne contamination inside the oven. Filters are easily replaceable for simple maintenance

GP Curing Oven

Internal dimensions: 6 × 2 × 3 m (L × W × H); customizable to any required dimension
Temperature range: ambient to 300°C, adjustable
Heating method: LPG or LNG, supplied by the user
Two workpiece trolleys made from 40 × 40 mm square steel, fitted with high-temperature-resistant casters
Bottom rail made from 50 × 50 mm angle steel; top rail made from 1.5 mm galvanized steel with twelve stainless-steel bearings supporting the top trolley
Heat generated through natural gas heating: six gas infrared oven heads installed evenly at the bottom, connected to supply lines and individually controlled by solenoid valves
Insulation: 150 mm rock wool with galvanized steel wall panels
Control panel functions: main power, individual oven on/off controls, two temperature controllers, automatic temperature control and timer settings
